Archos AI offer pages

Privacy Policy

Effective August 22, 2026 · Applies to archosai.com/offer-page and the pages linked from it

This policy covers the Facebook ads + AI follow-up offer pages run by Archos AI (“Archos AI,” “we,” “us”): the offer page, its thank-you page, and these legal pages. Plain English first, the full detail below. Our main website has its own privacy policy.

1. What we collect

Information you give us

  • The lead form: first name, last name, phone number, email address, and your consent choice on the text-messaging checkbox.
  • The booking calendar: your name, email, phone number, the time you pick, and anything you add in the notes.
  • Conversations with us: your replies to our texts, emails, and calls, including the conversation with our AI assistant.

The “watch it reply” phone mock-up on the offer page is a scripted demonstration that runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you type into that mock-up is sent to us or stored anywhere.

Information collected automatically

  • Meta Pixel: the offer page and thank-you page load Meta's (Facebook's) pixel as soon as they open. It records that the page was viewed, that you clicked a book-a-call button, that the form was submitted (a “Lead” event), and that a call was booked (a “Schedule” event), together with the page address (including any Facebook click ID or campaign parameters in the link you arrived from), your IP address, browser and device details, and cookie identifiers. The pixel sets cookies on archosai.com named _fbp and, if you arrived from a Facebook or Instagram ad, _fbc, each kept for up to 90 days, so Meta can recognize your browser across visits and connect a visit to the ad you clicked. Meta may link this activity to you whether or not you're logged in to Facebook or Instagram, and uses it under Meta's own privacy policy. See Pixels & cookies for how to limit this.
  • Embedded form and calendar: these are provided by our customer-relationship platform (HighLevel / LeadConnector). Loading them sends your IP address and browser details to that platform, and it may set cookies needed to make the embeds work and to attach your submission to the ad you clicked (for example, campaign parameters in the link). The embedded form and calendar may also load Meta's pixel script inside their own frames as part of that platform's integration; the opt-out controls in section 6 don't reach inside those frames, but a content blocker does.
  • Fonts and hosting: the typefaces on these pages are served by Google Fonts, and the pages are hosted on Vercel. Both receive your IP address and standard request details (browser type, time of request) in order to deliver the page.

These pages do not use a cookie-consent banner, so the pixel and embeds described above load without asking first — except that the pixel stays off if your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal or you've opted out using the footer link. The controls in section 6 work before you submit anything.

2. How we use it

  • To send the 60-second reply. Submitting the form triggers an automated first reply from our AI assistant: a text message from Archos AI's business number if you ticked the text-message box on the form, and possibly an email to the address you gave us. The reply continues the conversation if you answer it: it can respond to questions, ask about your business, and offer times for a call.
  • To follow up personally by text, email, or phone about the request you made and the service described on the offer page.
  • To schedule and run your strategy call, including confirmations and reminders.
  • To send marketing messages — only with your separate consent; the form's checkbox covers texts about your request, not marketing. See section 3.
  • To measure and target our advertising (for example, counting how many people who clicked an ad submitted the form, and showing our ads to people who visited these pages) so we can spend our own ad budget sensibly.
  • To run the business: keeping records, preventing spam and abuse, and meeting legal obligations.

About the AI assistant. The first text and email you receive after submitting are generated by an automated assistant we've built and trained on our own business. A member of our team can see every conversation and can take over at any point, including whenever you ask for a person.

3. Text messaging (SMS) terms

Archos AI sends text messages from a registered US business number. There are two kinds:

  • Conversational messages about your request — the automated reply, answers to your questions, scheduling, reminders, and follow-up about the service you asked about. These are what the form's consent checkbox covers.
  • Marketing messages — occasional offers and updates from Archos AI. The form's checkbox does not cover these; we send them only if you separately agree to them.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing anything from Archos AI. You can talk to us by email or phone instead.

Message frequency varies depending on your conversation. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

To stop: reply STOP to any message and we'll confirm once and stop texting that number. Opting out of texts doesn't remove you from email; use the unsubscribe link in any email for that, or ask us. For help: reply HELP to any message, or email Admin@archosai.com.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

The messaging platform and telecommunications provider listed in section 5 handle your number and consent records only as our service providers, to deliver our messages on our behalf. They are not third parties for this purpose and never receive your information for their own marketing.

4. Email

If you give us an email address, we'll use it for the same request-related follow-up described above, and for marketing only if you opted in. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Emails about a call you booked (confirmations, reminders, reschedules) are sent as long as the booking stands.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not give it to anyone for their own marketing. We share it only with the providers we need to operate the service, and only for that purpose:

  • Customer-relationship, messaging and scheduling platform (HighLevel / LeadConnector), which stores your details and conversations, hosts the form and calendar, and sends our texts and emails.
  • Telecommunications provider (Twilio), which carries our text messages to your carrier.
  • Website hosting (Vercel), which serves these pages.
  • Meta Platforms, which receives pixel data directly from your browser so we can measure our ads. Meta uses that data under its own privacy policy.
  • Google, which serves the typefaces on these pages.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect the rights, safety or property of Archos AI or others, or as part of a sale, merger or reorganization of the business (your information would stay covered by a policy at least this protective).

6. Pixels, cookies, and how to limit them

The only advertising technology on these pages is the Meta Pixel. We use it to count visits, form submissions, and bookings that came from our own Facebook and Instagram ads, and we may use it to show our own ads on Facebook and Instagram to people who visited these pages (retargeting) and to people Meta considers similar to them. Meta also uses the data for its own purposes, including personalizing ads and improving ad delivery across its products, under Meta's privacy policy. We don't run a general-analytics tool on the offer pages, and this privacy page and the terms page load no tracking at all.

Ways to stop it:

  • The footer link: click “Do not sell or share my personal information” at the bottom of the offer page or the thank-you page. It sets an opt-out cookie for these pages (named archos_optout, kept for one year) and the Meta Pixel won't load in that browser while the cookie is there. Do it in each browser you use.
  • Global Privacy Control: if your browser or a browser extension sends the GPC signal, we treat it as an opt-out and the pixel doesn't load. We don't respond to the older Do Not Track header.
  • A content blocker that blocks scripts from connect.facebook.net also works. Blocking third-party cookies alone does not: the pixel script sets cookies on our own domain and still reports the page view to Meta. The offer page works normally without the pixel.
  • In Meta's settings: adjust how Meta uses activity from other websites at facebook.com/adpreferences, and see Meta's privacy policy.

Some US state privacy laws treat the use of an advertising pixel like this as “sharing” personal information for targeted advertising. Because the pixel runs in your browser, the opt-out happens on your side: use the footer link or the GPC signal above, in each browser you use. We have no way to switch the pixel off for one particular person from our end, so emailing us won't stop it — but you can still email Admin@archosai.com to stop marketing messages or to have the information you gave us deleted (see section 8).

7. How long we keep it, and how we protect it

We keep your contact details and conversation history for as long as we're in contact with you about the service, and afterwards only as long as needed for record-keeping, legal, or accounting purposes. If you ask us to delete your information, we remove it from our active systems and from the providers above, except where we're required to keep a record (for example, proof that you asked us to stop texting).

We use reputable providers, access controls, and encrypted connections to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't promise absolute security. If a security incident affects your information, we'll notify you as the law requires.

8. Your choices and rights

  • Stop messages: reply STOP to any text, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or just tell us.
  • See, correct, or delete your information: email Admin@archosai.com from the address you gave us. We'll confirm your identity, act on it within 45 days, and tell you what we did.
  • Opt out of targeted advertising: see section 6.
  • Appeal: if you're unhappy with how we handled a request, reply to our response and say so; we'll review the decision again and explain the outcome.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional legal rights over your personal information, such as the right to know what we hold, to have it corrected or deleted, and to not be treated differently for exercising those rights. We apply the same process to requests from anyone, wherever you live.

9. Children

These pages and the service are for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change how these pages handle your information, we'll update this page and the effective date at the top. Changes that materially affect messaging you've already agreed to won't apply to you without a fresh opt-in.
